What an estate agent would cost
A traditional agent typically charges 3% commission plus VAT. On a €400,000 home that is €14,520. With the Pro package you pay €1,199 and keep €13,321 yourself.
Questions about pricing
When do I pay?

Only when you publish. Creating an account, completing your dossier, uploading your documents and having your listing written is entirely free.
Do I pay commission on my sale price?

No. You pay one fixed amount, whether your home sells for €200,000 or €900,000. There is no success fee.
Can I upgrade or buy add-ons later?

Yes. You can move to a higher package at any time, or order individual add-ons from your dashboard, such as an Immoweb listing, a photographer, an EPC or an asbestos certificate.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, every amount shown includes 21% VAT. For Premium and for certificates you receive a tailored quote up front, also including VAT.
Can I cancel my purchase?

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after your purchase. The exact conditions are set out in article 10 of our terms and conditions.
